You should change sections

<wp:base_blog_url>http://www.themes2wp.com</wp:base_blog_url>

in the xml file from http://www.themes2wp.com to http://your-site-url before import or change values of options in Database (PREFIX_options table option_name field siteurl and home ) after import.

You can get fresh versions by request
