This is possibility the best theme that I am surfing for today. I am contemplating to build my real estate blog using WP 2.8.1. My concern in Wordpress 2.8, there is a little problem with widgets where they sometimes stick that I am unable to drag and drop to the sidebars. Did you encounter such problem?
